1. What are Automated Offers?
Automated Offers are time-sensitive tap-to-unwrap or scratch-to-reveal promotions on specific treatments gifted to all app users on 9 specific occasions:

Step 1. Client gets push notifications, emails and SMS of their offer
| Step 2. Client gets redirected to homepage to tap to unwrap their gift

Step 3. Client taps to unwrap and gets confetti animation + voice note
| Step 4. Client plays the voice note and hears your message!

2. How to launch Automated Offers
From your Admin panel, go to App Builder
Go to the Offers section
Click on "Automated Offers" at the top toggle.
Hover over an offer and scroll horizontally to the right until you can click on the 3 dots.
PRO TIP: Record a voice note using the online voice recorder and upload the voice note using the tutorial below.

3. Automated Offer Push Notifications
For each Automated Offer occasion, there are 2 notifications:
• Notifications about an activated offer go out at noon in clinic’s time on the first day.
• Notification about an offer ending go out at noon in clinic’s time on the last day.
