Option 1: Delete (Permanent)
Go to the Specs tab
Highlight the specs to delete
Click the Delete button
Warning: Deleted specs cannot be recovered.
Option 2: Hide (Recommended)
Highlight the specs
Click the Stage button
Select Hidden
Benefits of Hiding
Specs remain in the project
You can view and edit them
They do NOT generate in reports
You can unhide them later
Unhide a Spec
Highlight hidden specs
Click Stage
Select a different stage (e.g., In Progress, Active)
Specs will generate in reports again
Recommendation
Use Hidden instead of Delete to preserve specs for potential future use.
