Go to the Project tab
View the Recent Activity section
See: Which specs changed, Who made the change, When the change occurred
Click a spec link to jump directly to it
Spec History (Individual Spec)
Open a spec
Go to the History tab
View a detailed log of: What was changed, When it was changed, Who made the change
Important Notes
There is no Ctrl+Z or Undo button in DesignSpec
Use the History tab to see what a value was before a change
Manually revert changes by referencing the history log
Tips
Check Recent Activity to monitor team changes
Use Spec History when you need to restore a previous value
History is view-only—changes must be made manually
