Duplicate a model
Handy to roll a model out on another platform or start from a setup that works.
On the Models page, open the menu on the model's card and choose Duplicate model.
Name the copy and tick what it takes along: Details, Schedule, Follow-up settings, Scripts and Alerts.
Click Duplicate.
What stays behind: platform accounts, media, conversations, fans and memory. Scripts are copied without their media, which you attach again on the copy. The copy is created with its AI paused: link an account to it, then turn the AI on.
Delete a model
On the Models page, open the menu on the model's card, choose Delete and confirm. This can't be undone. To stop the AI without losing anything, pause the model instead (AI on / AI paused switch).
Unlink a platform account
On the Models page, open the menu on the account's row and choose Unlink this platform account. The account is not deleted: it is detached from the model and can be linked again later, to the same model or another one.
