Security and privacy

How your credentials and your data are protected.

Your platform credentials

Connecting through the Chrome extension (OnlyFans, Reveal, and MYM when the email address and password don't work) passes along the session already open in your browser. In practice:

  • you never type the platform's password into Desirely, and we do not store it;

  • the access passed along is used only to run the service (receive messages, reply, send media) and is never shared;

  • if you change the password on the platform side, the session expires and the account switches to Disconnected: click Reconnect on its row, Models page.

A MYM account can also connect differently: you enter the account's email address and password directly in the app, then Desirely signs in to MYM itself. In practice:

  • these credentials are used only to connect that MYM account, and are never displayed or shared;

  • Desirely keeps them so it can reconnect the account;

  • if you change the password on the MYM side, Desirely can no longer sign in with the old one, and the account may switch to Disconnected: click Reconnect on the account's row (Models page) and enter the new password (see "A platform account shows Disconnected").

Best practices: use strong, unique passwords per platform, and limit the number of people who log in to the accounts.

Never send a password to support, whether in the Messenger, by email or as a screenshot: we will never ask you for one.

Your data

  • Your models, conversations and figures are only visible to the members of your organization, each according to the permissions you give them.

  • Your conversation data is used only to run the service.

  • Desirely does not take screenshots and does not collect fans' profile pictures for any purpose other than displaying conversations.

GDPR

In line with the GDPR, you can request access to your data, its correction or its deletion: write to us via the Messenger. For the details (retention periods, subprocessors, account deletion), the privacy policy published on desirely.co is the reference.

This article covers the main principles; Desirely's privacy policy prevails.
