Download Invoices

Why You Need This

Tax time, expense reports, or just keeping good business records. Your Stripe billing portal has every invoice since you started your subscription.

The bottom line: All your invoices are in one place, downloadable as PDFs, no email hunting required.

How to Download Invoices

For subscription customers:

Step 1: Access Billing Portal

  1. Click "Manage Billing"

  2. You'll be redirected to your Stripe portal

For Legacy Special upgrade customers: Use the Legacy Upgrade Portal instead.

Step 2: Find Your Invoices

  1. Look for "Billing history" or "Invoices" section

  2. You'll see a list of all your payments

  3. Each row shows the date, amount, and status

Step 3: Download What You Need

  1. Click on any invoice to view details

  2. Click "Download PDF" to save the invoice

  3. Repeat for as many invoices as you need

Pro tip: You can download multiple invoices quickly by opening each in a new tab.

What's Included in Your Invoices

Standard Invoice Information

  • Invoice date and number - For your accounting records

  • Billing period - Shows what dates you're paying for

  • Amount charged - Including any taxes or fees

  • Payment method - Last 4 digits of card used

  • Billing address - Your registered address

  • Your details - Name and billing address as registered

Common Invoice Questions

"Where are my very old invoices?"

All invoices since you started using Stripe for payments are available. If you had older payment methods before Stripe, those invoices might not be in this portal.

"I don't see a recent payment"

  • Payments can take 24-48 hours to appear as invoices

  • Check if the payment actually went through

  • Contact support if a successful payment isn't showing

"My billing address is wrong on invoices"

  1. Update your billing address in the Stripe portal

  2. Future invoices will show the correct address

  3. Past invoices can't be changed (they're legal records)

"I need invoices in a different currency"

Invoices show the currency you were actually charged in. If you need conversion rates for accounting, consult your bank or accounting software.

Bulk Download Tips

If You Need Many Invoices

  1. Open your billing portal

  2. Right-click each invoice β†’ "Open in new tab"

  3. Download from each tab

  4. Close tabs when done

Regular Downloads

  • Set a monthly reminder to download recent invoices

  • Easier than downloading everything at year-end

"PDF won't download"
