Why You Need Your License Key

You purchased something from Dezygn (Legacy Special upgrade, subscription plan, or other product) and received a license key or activation code. Now you can't find it in your email.

The bottom line: All your purchase information and license keys are stored in your customer portal at dezygn.checkoutpage.com/portal.

Universal Solution: Customer Portal

This works for ALL Dezygn customers:

  • Legacy Special upgrade purchasers

  • Subscription plan customers

  • One-time credit purchasers

  • Any checkoutpage.com purchase

Step 1: Access Your Portal

Step 2: Enter Your Purchase Email

  1. Enter the email address you used for your Dezygn purchase

  2. Click "Send login link"

  3. Check your email for the portal login link

Step 3: Find Your License Information

Once logged in, you'll see:

  • All your purchases from checkoutpage.com

  • License keys for each purchase

  • Activation codes if applicable

  • Download receipts and invoices

What You'll Find in the Portal

License Key Information

  • Activation codes for Legacy Special upgrades

  • License keys for subscription activations

  • Product keys for any digital purchases

  • Download links for any files included

Purchase Documentation

  • PDF receipts for accounting

  • Purchase confirmation details

  • Transaction history and dates

  • Payment method used

Common License Key Issues

"I don't see any license keys in the portal"

Possible reasons:

  • Using wrong email address (try all emails you might have used)

  • Purchase was made through a different system (Stripe, PayPal direct)

  • Product didn't include license keys (subscription plans often don't need them)

Solution: Contact support@youzign.com with your purchase receipt

"The portal says my email isn't found"

Check these emails:

  • Email used on the purchase confirmation

  • PayPal email if you paid through PayPal

  • Business email vs personal email

  • Any email variations you use

"I have the license key but don't know how to use it"

For Legacy Special upgrades:

  1. Complete your legacy activation at chat.dezygn.com/legacy

  2. Enter the license key when prompted in the activation flow

  3. Your features will activate automatically

For subscription activations:

  1. Log into your Dezygn account

  2. Go to Settings β†’ Plan & Credits

  3. Look for "Activate License" or similar option

  4. Enter your license key

Alternative Ways to Find License Keys

Check Your Email

Search your email for:

  • "License key" or "activation code"

  • "checkoutpage.com" emails

  • "Dezygn" purchase confirmations

  • "Receipt" or "invoice" emails

  • The specific product name you purchased

Purchase Confirmation Emails

License keys are often included directly in:

  • CheckoutPage confirmation emails

  • PayPal transaction receipts

Portal Access Issues

Login Link Not Arriving

Check these locations:

  • Spam/junk email folder

  • Promotions tab (Gmail)

Can't Access the Portal

  1. Try a different browser or incognito mode

Portal Shows Wrong Information

The portal shows all purchases made through checkoutpage.com with that email. If information looks wrong:

Automatic Activation
