Why You Need Your License Key
You purchased something from Dezygn (Legacy Special upgrade, subscription plan, or other product) and received a license key or activation code. Now you can't find it in your email.
The bottom line: All your purchase information and license keys are stored in your customer portal at dezygn.checkoutpage.com/portal.

Step 1: Access Your Portal
Step 2: Enter Your Purchase Email
Enter the email address you used for your Dezygn purchase
Click "Send login link"
Check your email for the portal login link
Step 3: Find Your License Information
Once logged in, you'll see:
All your purchases from checkoutpage.com
License keys for each purchase
Activation codes if applicable
Download receipts and invoices

"I don't see any license keys in the portal"
Possible reasons:
Using wrong email address (try all emails you might have used)
Purchase was made through a different system (Stripe, PayPal direct)
Product didn't include license keys (subscription plans often don't need them)

"The portal says my email isn't found"

Enter the license key when prompted in the activation flow
Your features will activate automatically
For subscription activations:
Log into your Dezygn account
Go to Settings β Plan & Credits
Look for "Activate License" or similar option
Enter your license key
