The New Reality
You bought something years ago from Youzign, zSuite, Branding.app, or early Dezygn versions. The new Dezygn platform (v4) is completely separate—we haven't imported any legacy accounts automatically.
The bottom line: You'll need to activate your legacy benefits through our special flow at chat.dezygn.com/legacy
Step 1: Start the Legacy Activation Flow
Go directly to: chat.dezygn.com/legacy
Enter your email: Use the email from your original purchase (any email is fine to start)
What happens: We search our database for your email. If you're not found, we automatically create a new account for you.
Step 2: Upload Your Receipt
Find your original purchase receipt from:
Youzign or YouZign purchases
Dezygn (any early version)
Branding.app purchases
zSuite or Z Suite products
AppSumo receipts for any of the above
PayPal or Stripe receipts
Important requirements:
Must be JPG or PNG format only
Only one receipt at a time
If you have multiple purchases, upload the highest value one first
You can combine receipts in an image editor like Youzign before uploading
Step 3: Review Your Legacy Plan
After uploading your receipt, we calculate your benefits:
Dollar-to-credit conversion based on your purchase amount
OR pre-defined plan if it's a known product (like Branding.app)
You'll see a summary showing:
Your monthly credit allocation
Brand and campaign limits
What features are included
Your daily usage limits
Step 4: Legacy Special Upgrade Offer (Optional)
One-time opportunity during activation:
Unlimited team members
Unlimited brands and campaigns
500 bonus credits
One-time payment (price varies)
This is a limited-time offer - only available during your initial legacy activation.
You can:
Accept the upgrade (pay now)
Decline and proceed with your free legacy benefits
Step 5: Optional Subscription Upgrades
If you purchased the Legacy Special upgrade, you'll see:
Legacy Freelancer option (30% discount)
Legacy Agency option (30% discount)
Both are completely optional
Payment and Activation:
Payment processed through checkoutpage.com
You'll receive activation codes via email
Enter codes in the wizard to activate features
Then proceed to your Dezygn account
Common Issues During Activation
"My receipt upload keeps failing"
Check these requirements:
File must be JPG or PNG only
File size under 10MB
Receipt must be clearly readable
Try combining multiple receipts in an image editor first
"The system can't recognize my receipt"
This happens with:
Very old or faded receipts
Screenshots that are too small
Partial receipts missing key information
Solution: Please try again with a clearer image
"I have multiple legacy purchases"
Current limitation: You can only upload one receipt per activation flow
Recommended approach:
Upload your highest-value purchase first
Complete the activation process
Complete the activation process with your highest-value purchase
"I declined the Legacy Special offer, can I get it back?"
Unfortunately no. The Legacy Special upgrade is only available during initial activation as a one-time offer.
Alternative: You can still upgrade to Legacy Freelancer or Agency subscriptions later, but without the special activation pricing.
