AppSumo Account Activation Process
"I can't find my AppSumo account"
The new reality: The new Dezygn platform (v4) doesn't have any imported accounts from AppSumo purchases.
You need to activate your benefits:
Go to chat.dezygn.com/legacy
Enter your AppSumo purchase email
Upload your AppSumo receipt (JPG/PNG format)
System will recognize your tier and assign benefits
Complete activation process
"My license key/coupon code expired or doesn't work"
Some AppSumo deals used coupon codes: If yours expired, don't panic.
Solution: Contact us through our support channels with subject "AppSumo Code Issue"
Include:
Your AppSumo purchase receipt
The expired/non-working code
AppSumo order number
We'll issue a new working code usually within 24 hours.
"I have my AppSumo receipt, now what?"

Enter any email: We'll create your account automatically
Upload AppSumo receipt: Must be JPG/PNG format only
Review your tier: System calculates your T1/T2/T3 benefits
