FIRE STUDIO LICENSE PORTAL INSTRUCTIONS
The Digital Combustion Customer Portal assists users in accessing licenses, downloading software, and activating Fire Studio.

If you received Customer ID and Password, it would have been sent to your email.
Some users do not have Customer Portal access. This is common and not unexpected. Initially, if you purchased online, you received everything you needed and it was not necessary to access the Customer Portal. If you did receive access and you have misplaced your credentials, refer to the email sent during portal setup or contact support (support@digitalcombustion.com) for assistance. In case of organizational changes, our support team can help reassign portal access. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it using the password recovery option:
Navigate to the Customer Portal login page.
Select the "Forgot Password" or similar recovery option.
Enter the email address linked to your account and follow the instructions provided.
Check your email for a recovery link. Use this link to reset your password. Ensure to check your spam/junk folder if the email doesn’t appear in your inbox.
Once your password is reset, log in to the portal to access various features such as viewing your License ID and Activation Password.

That will take you to here. Click the Download button:
Download the correct version of your software:
Back on your Portal, click on Licenses & Activations.
It will take you here. Click on the License ID number:
It will take you to your license details:
This is the License ID and Activation Password Use to activate Fire Studio when you start the program for the first time. If you ever need to re-download your software or your activation information, you can always find it here. DO NOT LOSE YOUR CUSTOMER PORTAL INFORMATION! Keep your login information in a safe place.
**If organizational changes occur, ensure purchase records are reassigned, and contact details in the portal are updated to prevent access issues. Remember, Customer ID is distinct from activation codes for software. If your password reset email does not arrive, contact Digital Combustion's support team (support@digitalcombustion.com) for assistance. Additionally, if you encounter any issues with your Customer ID, reach out to customer support to verify or reset your account details.
