If you want to move a Fire Studio Player license from a Windows or Mac computer to an iPad, do the following:
Deactivate the license on each Windows or Mac computer where the Fire Studio Player is installed, using its License ID and password. Instructions: Fire Studio 7 or Fire Studio 6.
Download the Fire Studio Player app from the Apple App Store on your iPad.
Sign in with your License ID and password. Once we see that the computer license has been deactivated, the same License ID and password will work on the iPad.
iPads now use a License ID and password, the same as Windows and Mac. If you were given an older iPad username instead of a License ID, fill out our License Help form and choose "New License ID for an iPad." A team member will follow up by email Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM Eastern Time to set you up with a License ID and password. Please check your spam or junk folder for our reply.
