Adding Companies to Portfolio Pro
How do I add companies?
Adding clients or investee companies is straightforward.

The process includes:
Creating or adding the company
Sending an automated authorization request
Waiting for company approval.
Do I need permission from the company before adding them?
No. You can create the company record first. The platform then sends an automated email to the company’s designated contact (typically the CEO) to request authorization.
The company can:
Grant dashboard-only access
Grant full access
Restrict specific modules
Access levels are permission-based.
Is there a limit to how many companies I can add?
There is no fixed numerical limit. However: Each company requires its own subscription plan.
Portfolio Pro provides the monitoring layer, it does not replace company subscriptions.
Can I remove a company from my portfolio?
Yes. You can remove a company at any time from your portfolio dashboard. Once removed:
It will no longer appear in your portfolio view
You would need to re-add it if access is required again
Can I export portfolio reports?
Yes. Reports generated within the portfolio dashboard can be exported for:
Internal analysis
Sharing with clients
Investment committee review

Confirm company is UK Companies House registered
Confirm correct email was entered
