Q What is user registration from the home page?

User registration from the home page is the process from the diligentsia.co.uk website home page where a visitor to the site sets up an account on the platform for the first time. They may be an owner who comes to the site to set up a company and then invite additional users to register onto the platform to access that Company (or Group). The process of registration and setting up your company is free

There are two other methods of registration:

  1. Registration at the end of the 2-minute test (from the home page). For more information on this, please click here.

Q How to I register from the Diligentsia home page?

Step 1. You can register from the home page. Under this process you will be set as a company owner, with full access permissions. For more information on permissions, please click here.

Step 2. Complete the registration form. It is important that you use your company email address.

Step 3: After clicking on register, a popup would prompt you to enter a code. The code has been sent to your email and a welcome email as well. By default, two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled via email. For information on setting up alternative 2FA methods, please click here to access the settings in your user profile.
