Step 1: Send a User Invite
To connect your Afterpay account, you need to send an invite to our team.
Log into your Afterpay Merchant Portal.
Navigate to the User Management section.
Click on "Invite User" and enter the following details:
Role: Administrator (or a role with dispute management access)
Confirm and send the invitation.
Step 2: Notify Us via Chat Support or Email
Once the user invite has been sent, inform us through chat support so we can proceed with the integration.
Open the chat support on Disputifier’s platform.
Send a message with the following details:
Your store URL or business name
The username you have set for Disputifier
