📌 Pre-Integration Checklist
Before we begin, make sure you have:
✅ Admin access to your 2Checkout merchant account
✅ Chargeback module enabled in 2Checkout
✅ Disputifier account already set up
✅ 10-15 minutes to complete setup
🔑 Step 1: Invite Disputifier to Your 2Checkout Account
1️⃣ Log in to 2Checkout
🔸 Go to 2Checkout Merchant Portal
🔸 Enter your admin credentials
🔸 Complete 2FA if required
2️⃣ Navigate to User Management
🔸 Click "Account" → "User Management"
🔸 Select "Invite User"
3️⃣ Set Up Disputifier’s Access
Fill in these details carefully:
📧 Email: onboarding@disputifier.com
👤 Username: disputifier_[YourStoreName] (e.g., disputifier_shopxyz)
🔐 Role: "Chargeback Manager" (or highest dispute access available)
4️⃣ Configure Permissions
Disputifier needs these critical permissions:
✔ View orders & transactions
✔ Access dispute management
✔ Download order documentation
✔ Submit dispute evidence
✔ View customer details
🚫 Restrict these for security:
✖ Refund processing
✖ Account modifications
5️⃣ Send the Invitation!
🔸 Double-check all details
🔸 Click "Send Invite"
🔸 Save the invitation ID (e.g., 2CO-INV-XXXXXX)
