Before we begin, make sure you have:

Admin access to your 2Checkout merchant account

Chargeback module enabled in 2Checkout

Disputifier account already set up

10-15 minutes to complete setup
๐ Step 1: Invite Disputifier to Your 2Checkout Account

๐ธ Go to 2Checkout Merchant Portal
๐ธ Enter your admin credentials
๐ธ Complete 2FA if required

๐ธ Click "Account" โ "User Management"
๐ธ Select "Invite User"
3๏ธโฃ Set Up Disputifierโs Access
Fill in these details carefully:
๐ง Email: onboarding@disputifier.com
๐ค Username: disputifier_[YourStoreName]
(e.g., disputifier_shopxyz)
๐ Role: "Chargeback Manager" (or highest dispute access available)
4๏ธโฃ Configure Permissions
Disputifier needs these critical permissions:

โ Access dispute management
โ Download order documentation
โ Submit dispute evidence
โ View customer details

โ Refund processing
โ Account modifications
5๏ธโฃ Send the Invitation!

๐ธ Click "Send Invite"
๐ธ Save the invitation ID (e.g., 2CO-INV-XXXXXX
