Changing the Color Scheme of Your Tenant

How to select a custom primary color for your Docupath tenant

Set the primary color to align Docupath's color scheme with your organization's visual identity across the platform interface.

When to Use

  • Initial tenant setup

  • Company rebranding

  • White-label partner deployments

Prerequisites

  • Admin role in Docupath

  • Your brand's primary color as a hex code, if entering it manually

Steps

Step 1: Open System Settings

From the Main Menu, go to System Settings.

Step 2: Open Branding Customization

Find the Branding customization section on the page.

Step 3: Set the Primary Color

Under the Primary color section, enter the hex code directly, or pick a color using the color picker. The color picker opens when you press the color icon square to the right of the hex code input field.

Step 4: Save

Click the Save button to apply the new primary color.

Step 5: Verify the Update

If the color does not appear immediately, ask users to perform a hard refresh in their browser (cached styles can delay updates).

Expected Outcome

The selected primary color is applied across the platform interface, visible to all users in the tenant.

Common Issues

Issue

Cause

Resolution

Color not updating after save

Browser cache

Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)

Color not applied or reverts to previous

Invalid hex code

Enter a valid 6-digit hex code (e.g., #1A73E8) or use the color picker

Notes

  • The primary color applies across the entire platform interface and is visible to all users in the tenant.

  • You can set the color either by entering a hex code or by using the color picker, which opens via the color icon square beside the hex code input field.

  • For white-label partner deployments, the primary color supports consistent branding under the partner's brand.
