Changing the Font of Your Tenant

How to select a custom font for your Docupath tenant

Change the system font to align Docupath's typography with your organization's visual identity across the platform interface.

When to Use

  • Initial tenant setup

  • Company rebranding

  • White-label partner deployments

Prerequisites

  • Admin role in Docupath

  • (Optional) A TTF font file, if you want to upload a custom font

Steps

Step 1: Open System Settings

From the Main Menu, go to System Settings.

Step 2: Open Branding Customization

Find the Branding customization section on the page.

Step 3: Select a Font

Open the System font dropdown and select the font you want to apply. To use a font that is not listed, select + Add new font at the top of the dropdown and upload a TTF file of the font.

Step 4: Save

Click the Save button to apply the new font.

Step 5: Verify the Update

If the font does not appear immediately, ask users to perform a hard refresh in their browser (cached styles can delay updates).

Expected Outcome

The selected system font is applied across the platform interface, visible to all users in the tenant.
