1. The filter button:

What is the filter button for?

The Filter button allows you to quickly sort your courses based on different criteria, making content management easier.

Filter Button Features:

  • Filter by Category: Select a course category to display only the ones you are interested in.

  • Filter by Status: Choose among the following statuses:

    • Draft: Displays courses that are still being created.

    • Published: Displays courses that are accessible to learners.

    • Archived: Displays courses that are no longer visible on the main page but remain stored in the system.

  • Filter by Instructor: Select a specific instructor to view only the courses they created (available for administrators only).

How to use the filter button?

  1. Click on the Filter button on the "My Courses" page.

  2. Select your filter criteria from the drop-down menu.

  3. The course list will automatically update based on your selections.

2. Sorting courses:

Next to the Filter button, you can also sort your courses:

  • A to Z: Sort courses in ascending alphabetical order.

  • Z to A: Sort courses in descending alphabetical order.

This feature helps you quickly find the course you need.

3. Search bar:

Use the search bar to enter the name of a course directly. This allows you to quickly locate a course without scrolling through the entire list.

4. Course management:

Next to each course, you will find several options:

  • Duplicate: Create a new draft version of the course, allowing you to work on a copy without modifying the original.

  • Archive: Move a course from the main page to the archived section. Archived courses are no longer visible on the main page but remain accessible for consultation or reactivation.

  • Preview: Browse the course in preview mode.
