This process allows you to automatically issue a certificate to learners once certain criteria are met, such as the minimum time spent on the course.

  1. Access your course: To start, click on the thumbnail of the course you wish to add a certificate to.

  2. Modify settings: Once in the course, click the edit pencil icon to access the settings.

  3. Navigate to the certificate settings: Go to section 4 "Certificates".

  4. Activate the certificate: Enable the certificate feature.

  5. Set the minimum time (optional): Enter the minimum time the learner must spend on the course to obtain the certificate (optional).

  6. Choose a certificate: Select the certificate you wish to use.

    • Note: Only certificates enabled by the Superadmin are available.

  7. Enter the course description: Enter the course description that will appear on the certificate.

  8. Enter the course objectives: Specify the course objectives that will be displayed on the certificate.

  9. Finalize and publish: Finally, you can return to your course or (re)publish it if not done yet.
