Why create groups?

Creating groups serves to easily manage your courses.

Yes, but how?

Groups can be seen as "virtual classes" and just like at school, each class has courses that are tailored to it (according to the students, the level, etc.)

Here it's the same, each group is composed of learners with quite a different profile. For each group, you have therefore the possibility to offer different and tailored content.

Moreover, creating groups serves to:

  • Manage learners and courses more easily: subscribe to / unsubscribe from a course in mass, possibility to contact all group members at once, etc.;

  • Track the results more easily: compare the statistics of the group members, etc.

NOTE: the groups can be created based on:

  • their date of registration to a course (example: if you want that they have access to the course only 1 month, etc.)

  • their business (eg marketing, sales, purchasing, etc.)

  • their learning path (the learners that must complete the same learning path will be registered in the same group)
