Ensure you have the Administrator role to perform these actions. Follow the steps below to invite a user using one of the two available methods.

1. Access the User Invitation Page

  • Login: Sign in to the platform as an administrator.

  • Navigate to the User Page: From the side menu, click on Users, then select Invite a User, or click on the + button to access the invitation page.

2. Choose the Invitation Method

Method 1: Email-Based Invitation

  • Description: Send an email invitation to the user. They will receive a link to create their account and set a password, giving them full autonomy over their account, including password resets.

  • Required Information:

    • Email Address (mandatory)

    • First Name (mandatory)

    • Last Name (mandatory)

Method 2: Non-Email-Based Invitation

  • Description: For users without a professional email address. The administrator creates a username and password for the user and provides these credentials for account access.

  • Required Information:

    • Username (mandatory)

    • Password (mandatory)

    • First Name (mandatory)

    • Last Name (mandatory)

    • Contact Email Address (optional; used for notifications if provided).

3. Fill in Additional Information

For both methods, you can optionally complete the following fields:

  • Date of Birth

  • Phone Prefix

  • Phone Number

  • Address

  • Custom Fields

  • Portal Language

  • User Role

  • Account Expiration Date

  • Groups to assign the user to

  • Filters to assign to the user

4. Finalize the Invitation

  • Email-Based Method: Click the button to send the email invitation. The user will receive an email to set up their account.

  • Non-Email-Based Method: Provide the username and password directly to the user.
