1. Access the statistics section : In the main menu, click on Statistics to access the different options.

2. Click on "Reports" to access the export table :

Navigate to "Regulatory" section to open the export table.

3. Define the export period :

In the export table, specify the period for which you want to export statistics by selecting a start date and an end date.

4. Select groups :

You can restrict your export to specific groups of interest.

  • To select all groups, click on "+ Add All Groups".

5. Select learners :

Similarly, you can filter the learners included in the report.

  • To select all learners, click on "+ Add All Learners".

6. Select courses :

Choose the courses you want to include in the export.

  • To include all courses, click on "+ Add Courses".

7. Select portals :

  • Choose the sub-portals for which you want to generate regulatory statistics.

You are not required to fill in all the filtering options. Complete only the ones you need. For example, if you only need statistics for a specific course, fill in the corresponding field only.

8. Access the login and logout history (optional):

You have the option to include or exclude the login and logout log in your report:

  • If you check this box, your report will contain only login and logout logs.

  • If you do not check this box, you will get the usual report view, which includes learner information, courses they have taken, and details of each course.

9. Download the report :

  • Once you have configured all filters, click on Download Report.

  • The report will be sent to your email address in CSV format.

Now you know how to export regulatory reports, including or excluding the login logs, according to your needs on Dokeos LMS. These reports help you comply with regulations and analyze user activity in detail.
