Step 1: Design Your Certificate with DOCFLY
Start by designing your certificate template using a graphic design tool, then save it in PDF format. You can use:
Canva: A free, simple, and efficient online platform.
Illustrator: A professional (paid) tool for advanced designs.
Next, open DOCFLY and log in to your account (free registration available).
Once logged in, click on "New File" to start.
Step 2: Configure the Certificate Fields
Import the PDF certificate you created with Canva or Illustrator.
Select the "Form Creator" tool, then:
Choose "Text Field" to add customizable text fields.
Define the field areas and configure them to include dynamic variables.
For each added text field, be sure to rename the "Field Name" so that Dokeos can recognize and automatically fill them in.
