If you have assigned beneficiaries to your account, they will be entitled to receive the portion of your holdings specified by you (0–100%). Before any payment can be made, each beneficiary will need to provide the required Customer Due Diligence (CDD) documentation.
We strongly encourage all account holders to assign beneficiaries.
You may designate any individual, not limited to relatives or legal heirs.
Under Guernsey law, beneficiaries are recognized as the rightful owners of the assigned assets and will be processed accordingly upon your passing.
If no beneficiaries have been designated, your legal heirs must contact our Compliance Team, who will provide guidance on how to establish legal entitlement and submit the necessary CDD documents.
