User Roles on the Platform

There are two main user types on the platform:

Admin Users (IFAs)

  • Have full administrative privileges

  • Can initiate and send transactions to clients for approval

  • All authorized financial advisers are automatically set as Admin users

🔒 Staff Users (Support Staff)

  • Can initiate transactions, but cannot send them to clients

  • This role is typically used for operational support staff and must be assigned by an Admin user


🧑‍💼 Requesting Additional Users
