There are two main user types on the platform:
⚡ Admin Users (IFAs)
Have full administrative privileges
Can initiate and send transactions to clients for approval
All authorized financial advisers are automatically set as Admin users
🔒 Staff Users (Support Staff)
Can initiate transactions, but cannot send them to clients
This role is typically used for operational support staff and must be assigned by an Admin user
