1. Filing a Dispute

Filing a dispute involves submitting the required documentation and evidence to initiate the investigation process.

  • Contact dosh at contact@dosh.nz from your email address registered to your dosh account. Complete the Disputed Transaction form provided by Dosh. Ensure all fields are accurately filled out.

  • Attach any relevant evidence, such as correspondence with the merchant or proof supporting your claim, screen shots.

  • Submit the form and attachments via email. Use the email address associated with your Dosh account for this communication.

2. What to Expect Post-Submission

Once your dispute form is submitted, the next steps are as follows:

  • Dosh will forward your case to its Visa for investigation.

  • The investigation process may take several weeks, depending on the complexity of the case. You will receive updates on the outcome once the investigation is complete.

Important Notes:

  • The success of your dispute is not guaranteed. It depends on the evidence and findings during the investigation.

  • Keep your payment details secure and monitor future transactions to prevent unauthorized activities.

3. Unauthorized Transactions and Fraud Concerns

If you think you have unauthorised transactions, lock your dosh card immediately. This scan be done in app.
