Shipments using supported carriers now include live tracking data and automatically updated ETAs, allowing teams to follow package progress directly within the platform. This reduces uncertainty, improves planning, and creates a clearer view of delivery timelines.

Tracking is available across hundreds of supported carriers. Availability depends on the carrier used—when a carrier isn’t supported, manual tracking links/ tracking number and updated will still be provided by our team.

Tracking details and ETA updates are currently available within the Dots client dashboard.
Client-facing notifications are not yet enabled; these will be introduced in early 2026 via Slack or email, based on your account’s notification settings.
