🛒 Smoother Order Experience

Continue Your Order Without Restarting

If an employee’s address is missing from your HRIS, you can now update the address and return directly to the same order — without starting over.

This ensures a smoother purchasing flow and reduces unnecessary friction.

Budget Is Now Optional

You can now create an order without entering a budget.

If you prefer to prioritize pricing selection and don’t have a predefined budget, you can proceed without it. Adding a budget is still recommended, but it’s no longer required.


📦 Clearer Delivery & Offboarding Experience

Improved Warehouse Delivery Notifications

Slack delivery notifications are now clearer and easier to understand.

They:

  • Clearly confirm when a delivery arrives

  • Display the destination warehouse

  • Provide a cleaner summary for larger deliveries

This helps teams stay informed without unnecessary detail overload.

More Transparent Pickup & Offboarding Scheduling

We’ve updated pickup and packaging scheduling to set clearer expectations during offboarding.

Delivery and pickup dates are aligned with service timelines, and messaging now clarifies that exact pickup hours depend on local couriers.

This helps create a smoother and more predictable offboarding experience for end users.


💻 Enhanced Asset Visibility

Clearer Asset Formatting History

The Asset Change Log now shows who performed a formatting action, improving transparency and audit visibility.

Improved Asset Specifications

Asset model information retrieved from MDM is now displayed directly in the Asset Specifications section for better clarity and consistency.


📧 Improved Employee Lifecycle Notifications

Onboarding and offboarding email notifications now include:

  • Start date (for new hires)

  • End date (for departing employees)

  • Employee location / country

This provides clearer planning visibility for your team.
