Improved ABM Notifications for First-Time Apple Device Deliveries πŸŽπŸ””

We improved Apple Business Manager (ABM) notifications to ensure customers are notified when ABM setup is required.
Notifications are now sent when a customer places their first Apple laptop order requiring DEP enrollment with a specific vendor β€” even if that vendor was used before for other device types.

New Keyboard Layout Guide in Device Ordering ⌨️🌍

We added a Keyboard Layout Guide directly to the keyboard layout selection in the Client Dashboard.
The guide explains how keyboard layouts work across different countries β€” including when English letters are included by default and when layouts may vary by supplier.
Please note that choosing a non-standard layout for a specific region may affect pricing and delivery time, based on local availability.

Clear Warranty Visibility for Smarter Asset Lifecycle Management πŸ›‘οΈ

Tracking device warranties is now easier in Dots!
Warranty end dates are now visible directly in the asset overview for all devices purchased through Dots with warranty β€” including existing assets β€” giving you a clear view of coverage at every stage of the asset lifecycle.

This added visibility helps teams make better decisions around support, re-assignment, and replacement, and lays the foundation for upcoming warranty-related workflows designed to make asset management even more proactive and efficient.

Streamlined, Transparent Pickup & Delivery Coordination πŸ“¦

We’ve expanded our confirmation flow to support coordinated deliveries, giving you clearer, more reliable, and more transparent logistics. In December 2025, we introduced improvements to offboarding β€” and now deliveries are officially joining the party.

Your employees receive a confirmation form to validate pickup or delivery details such as address, assets, packaging needs, and availability. This reduces back-and-forth and helps orders move forward faster.

You’ll have full visibility into the confirmation status, so you can easily see where a pickup or delivery stands, understand why something may be delayed, and know when your involvement is needed to keep things moving.

This is an important step toward more automated and scalable logistics across all device movements.

Faster & More Flexible Warehouse Deliveries 🚚⚑

We’ve improved deliveries from Dots warehouses to make order creation simpler, faster, and more predictable.

Pickup dates are now handled automatically β€” once your order moves to Processing, pickup is coordinated right away. This removes the need to manually select a pickup date and helps ensure deliveries start as soon as possible.

You’ll also see clear delivery SLAs during order creation. These timelines can be adjusted by the logistics team when needed, giving more flexibility to align delivery speed with operational requirements.

If you choose to pay with Dots Credits (available for domestic deliveries), you can unlock an even faster SLA, clearly reflected across the order flow.

This update gives you better transparency, faster fulfillment, and more control β€” while keeping logistics coordination smooth behind the scenes.

Together, these updates improve visibility and reliability across the device lifecycle β€” from ordering and delivery to warranty tracking and returns.
The result: fewer surprises, clearer timelines, and more control when managing devices with Dots.

Thank you for continuing to grow with Dots.
We’re excited to keep improving the platform and have more enhancements coming soon to make device management even smoother, more transparent, and easier to scale.
