It's important to enter the client number so the system can apply the airline’s special terms for your corporate clients (under the PPB program). You can add it yourself — directly through the DRCT extension when creating the booking.
📝 Step-by-step instructions:
Enter the name element in Amadeus.
Add the flight segments.
Enter the OSI element with the client number. For example:
OSI LH CP/LHLCI89765. WhereOSI LH CP/is the format, andLHLCI89765is the client number.Perform pricing via FXB (adding modifiers if necessary).
The DRCT extension will calculate the fare and automatically add the client number.
To create the booking, click “Book”.
Done — the booking is created with the OSI element included.
