🔄 How to exchange a ticket in DRCT?

Tickets issued in DRCT for LOT can now be changed by yourself — in just a few minutes.

Available types of changes: date, rerouting, or upgrade.


📝 Step-by-step instructions

  • In the "Bookings" section, open the issued booking by entering the locator or passenger's last name. After the void time has passed, the "Change" button will appear.

  • Click "Change" to start the ticket exchange.

💡 This is only a preliminary exchange calculation. No changes will be applied without your final confirmation.

  • In the window showing your current itinerary, select the flight you want to change and click "Change".

  • A search for new flights will open in the usual interface. Enter the new date or route.

  • First, select the fare for the new ticket, then click "Choose" to confirm.

    👉 You can choose the same fare as in your original ticket.

    👉 Or select a higher fare — in this case, an upgrade will be applied.

    ❗️The airline system may sometimes offer lower fares or classes, but downgrades may not be allowed under fare rules. It’s best to choose the original fare or a higher one.

  • A final confirmation window will appear with the details of the new itinerary, including any penalties, fare differences, and taxes.

❗️Please review all details carefully. At this stage, changes will be applied immediately after confirmation.

  • To complete the exchange, click "Confirm Changes".

    If you only want to see the cost calculation, click "Return".

  • Done🚀 The new itinerary will be reflected in your booking. If needed, you can make another ticket change.


💰 How reissue appears in “Sales” section

After the exchange, three transactions will appear in the report:

  • Exchanged ticket — the original ticket that was reissued.

  • Issued ticket — the new active ticket, including any paid fare and tax differences (if applicable).

  • EMD — the amount of any applicable penalty paid.


📍Important notes

  • It’s not possible to void reissued ticket.

  • If the passenger has already checked in, the check-in must be canceled to calculate the exchange.

  • The airline system automatically selects the lowest available classes and fares.

  • Purchased extra services may not be automatically transferred after the exchange. For EMD association, please contact support.

  • Changes apply to all passengers in the booking. If you need to change only one or a few passengers, contact support.
