How to work with AirArabia in DRCT

This guide will walk you through the basics of booking and issuing AirArabia tickets and highlight available product features and post-sale support.


🪄What can you do in the AirArabia channel?

In this channel you can:

  • Make a calculation;

  • Create a booking;

  • View the created bookings;

  • Issue tickets;

  • Add additional services (before the issuance);

  • Cancel booking.


💡How to create and issue tickets via DRCT search?

Step 1. Search

✏️ To get started, enter your search parameters and then click «Search». DRCT will provide you with flight options in a few moments.

Step 2: Create the booking

✏️ Select the flight and price that you would like, and then provide the passenger details. You are also required to enter passenger's citizenship.

💼 Additional services

❗️For Air Arabia flights, the Value and Ultimate fares include complimentary seat selection and meals. These services must be selected before creating the booking. Otherwise, the booking cannot be completed.

✏️ In DRCT, you can add baggage, seats, and services (meal) if needed. The ticket will be issued along with selected services. Press the «Book» button below once you're done.

✏️ To open only the booking that you have created, please click on the green pop-up line labeled "Open booking.”

Step 3: Issue

✏️ Once you are redirected to the booking page, click on the «Issue» button located in the top right corner of the page to generate your tickets.

❗️For AirArabia there is no price recalculation on the day following the booking creation. The fare remains fixed until the ticketing time limit expires.

✏️ All tickets issued will be included in the «Sales» section on the DRCT.aero website. Here you can download the ticket in PDF format.


❌ Void and cancellation

A booking can only be cancelled before ticket issuance. Once the ticket is issued, void is not possible.

❗️ For G9, all refunds are issued to the passenger’s balance only

  • All cancellations are processed to the passenger’s personal balance in accordance with the fare rules.

  • Refunds are available only to the passenger’s balance, and the funds can be used exclusively by that passenger.
