🔍 How to book a ticket with a low-cost airline
✏️ Step 1: Search
Enter the travel dates and airports in the search. If you are looking for a specific flight, it is recommended to use the airline-specific search command for more accurate results.
✏️ Step 2: Create the booking
At this stage, you can select the fare, add optional services, and enter passenger details. For some airlines, passport information may also be required.
❗️ Important: For some airlines, purchasing additional baggage gives you an extra bag, while for others it increases the weight allowance of the included baggage.
EasyJet: Checked baggage can only be purchased for both outbound and return flights. This rule does not apply to large cabin baggage, only checked bags.
Vueling: It is not possible to add extra hand baggage for a single passenger via the website. Any individual additions must be handled directly through the airline.
Pegasus: In most cases (99%), large cabin baggage cannot be purchased online. It can only be added through the airline’s call center, subject to availability.
✏️ Step 3: Click «Continue» to proceed to ticket issuance
✏️ Step 4: Ticket issuance
At this stage, there is no time limit. The booking must be issued immediately.
❗️Important: Check the total cost of tickets and services at the bottom of the booking. As on the airline’s website, the price may change at the time of payment, since it is not guaranteed until the payment is completed.
❗Status «In Progress»
There's «In Progress» tab between the «Booked» and «Issued» tabs. This is a temporary status for bookings where the issuance process has started, but tickets or additional services have not yet been issued.
In such cases, please allow some time for the system to complete the issuance process and you'll see updated booking status.
✏️ Step 5: Managing the booking
After ticket issuance, you may receive one of three statuses.
«Tickets are added to Sales»
This means the airline locator has been generated. The tickets have been successfully issued and added to the report.
«The supplier session timed out. Status is Failed»
Ticket issuance was unsuccessful. You will need to repeat the procedure and issue new tickets.
«Unconfirmed»
This is an intermediate status. It may change to either of the two statuses above. Contact support to monitor the status update.
