In order to connect companies to DRCT you need to:
Connect agents to the partner;
Install the extension;
How to connect an agent to a partner?
Ask the agent to register on DRCT.aero.
2. Go to the "Management" section in your DRCT account. Find "Connection requests" and copy the link. Send it to the agent.
3. The agent needs to follow the provided link. It will automatically send you a request to connect to your IATA. You will find his request in the "Management" section, "Connection requests".
4. When you accept the request, the system will propose you create a new company for your business partner or to add him to the existing one.
5. Done ✅ The agent is connected. You can manage the company in the "Settings" section. Unblock the status of work, visibility, and airline direct channels.
How to install the extension?
Ask an agent to install the extension.
Sometimes the extension can be hidden. The extension needs to be pinned in the browser. Click the "puzzle" in the upper right corner and pin the extension.
Done ✅ Now the agent is ready to get started!
