📝 How to work with AirBaltic in DRCT

The following guide will provide you with the necessary information to help you get started with booking and issuing Air Baltic tickets. Here you can find out more information about the product features and post-sale assistance that is available.

What can you do in the Air Baltic channel?

In this channel you can:

  • Make a calculation;

  • Choose the flight;

  • View issued bookings;

  • Add passport and contact information;

  • Issue tickets;

💡 It is essential that the ticket be issued immediately.

💡 Tickets cannot be voided due to the airline rules.

How to create and issue tickets via DRCT extension?

Step 1. To start working in DRCT, enter in your GDS.

  1. Passenger name.

  2. Flight segment.

  3. Calculation command, e.g. FXB.

Step 2: Calculate.

✏️ At this point, DRCT will offer to calculate. At the right of the corner calculation window will pop up. Click on the «Calculate» button to see the price. DRCT will offer you a price quote, just like on the airline's website.

Step 3: Book.

✏️ After the calculation, click on the «Book» button. Within 3-7 seconds the booking will be created in DRCT.

Step 4: Issuing.

✏️ In order to start working with the booking, you need to open it in DRCT application by clicking on the blue icon in the right corner.

✏️ To issue a ticket, go to the TTP command or press it.

How to create and issue tickets via DRCT search?

Step 1. Search.

✏️ To get started, enter your search parameters and then click «Search». DRCT will provide you with flight options in a few moments.

Step 2: Option choice.

✏️ Select the flight and price that you would like, and then provide the passenger details. Press the «Continue» button once you're done.

Step 3: Issuing.

✏️ Once you are redirected to the booking page, enter and save passport information. When you are done, click on the «Issue» button located in the top right corner of the page to generate your tickets.

💡 In order to ensure that tickets are issued efficiently, it is vital to remain on the booking page. Tickets should be issued immediately.

✏️ All tickets issued will be included in the «Sales» section on the DRCT.aero website. Here you can download the ticket in PDF format.
