To help you set up your events, this article will walk you through how to update your event to reflect individual dates.
Offering Multiple Pop Up Dates:
1. From the Dashboard tab in the app, click on Edit next to the event name.
2. Click on Availability at the top.
3. Scroll down to the availability assigned to the event, then click on Set Schedule.
4. Scroll down > click on Select a date or date range and choose the first date of your event. Add the timings.
5. Repeat by creating a new date override for the next one-off date for your event, then click on Save Changes.
See this example where Mar 21 & Mar 29 were added using override dates. If your weekly schedule is blank and only overrides are added, then only those override dates and times will appear in the customer-facing calendar.
Alternative: Using start and end date
Note: this is only valid if you have (A) one date being offered on your event or (B) a regular date offering that starts/ends after a certain date like the end of the summer season.
From the Dashboard, click on Edit event, then click on Availability at the top and scroll down to the Customer Booking Options section. If you need a one-day event, have it start on that day and end the next day. For example, for a pop up date of Oct 26, you can have it start Oct 26 and end Oct 27.
For example, an event that only takes place on Oct 26 would appear like so:
Ensuring you only take appointments X days into the future
From the Dashboard, click on Manage event, then go to the Customer Booking Options section. Select book “until a specific number of days into the future”
