Last Minute Bookings & Lead Time

Lead Time or Cut Off Time feature: Restrict customers from booking an date that is very close to the current time.

Lead time lets you prepare for an appointment ahead of time so you don't get booked to soon. Lead time lets your customers book the next appointment at a few hours or days from today so that you can prepare.

Let's say:
โ€‹
A) You want customers to only be able to book more than 24hrs in advance
B) You need to prepare your appointments so you need an extra two days to gather materials before a booking

This app lets you restrict customers from booking a date that is very close to the current time using the Lead Time feature. You can set a Lead Time by clicking on an Event and viewing the Customer Booking Options section.

For example, setting a Lead Time of 30 minutes means that a customer can only book an event if it starts at least 30 minutes from the current time. From the Dashboard, click Manage Event, Customer Booking Options, Lead Time.
