easyPoints provides various types of rewards that will give points based on customer actions.
What are reward points?
There are 4 kinds of reward points.

Sign up rewards
This feature allows granting optional reward points to customers who register as new members in the shop.
By offering rewards, you can encourage more customers to register as members, significantly contributing to user growth.
Birthday rewards
On the customer's registered birthday, this feature grants optional reward points.
Celebrate your valued customers' birthdays warmly and allow them to enjoy shopping with extra benefits.
Marketing opt-in rewards
This feature grants optional reward points to customers who subscribe to the store's email newsletter.
Accelerate newsletter subscriptions to deliver advantageous information to various customers.
Review rewards
The review reward feature grants optional reward points to customers who post reviews after purchasing a product.
By encouraging review submissions, you can incorporate various customer feedback into the shop and revitalize your business.
New Member Registration Reward and Birthday Reward are available with the Basic Plan ($50) or above or by adding the optional feature at $5 per month, respectively.
Login rewards are also available from Basic Plan or above, but requires $10 per month when added on.
To use the Review Reward feature, the following conditions must be met:
Condition 1: You must be using the Basic Plan ($50) or above in easyPoints or have purchased the Review Reward feature as an add-on ($30 per month).
Condition 2: You must be subscribed to the "Awesome Plan" ($15 per month) in Judge.me app.
Expiration settings for rewards
Rewards can be set to be given as normal points or as bonus points. The point type can be selected per reward in the reward settings.
When rewarded as normal points, rewards will follow the regular behavior of your store's point expiration setting, along with the rest of your point balance. (Birthday rewards will not extend expiration, but will be available for the set window.)
When rewarded as bonus points, rewards will expire individually based on the bonus point settings, and will only be available during a short window.
