How to earn them
After logging in, customers can earn the points from:
The button inside the widget
The button inside the my account page.
The button inside the app block.
The button inside the integrated section in the store theme.
By clicking the button on the card, points can be claimed. Once claimed, a 24-hour lock period is applied. During the lock period, the remaining time until the next eligible claim is shown.
The interval between point claims is fixed at 24 hours. Clicking the button is required to earn the reward, as it is not automatically rewarded.
Settings
Point Reward
You can determine the number of points to be granted. The number of points can be freely entered.
Tier based settings
By checking the "Set reward per tier" toggle, you can set different amounts of rewards for each tier.
Point expiration
Points can be given as either normal points or bonus points. Normal points will follow the store's general expiration setting along with the other points, while bonus points hold an individual and shorter expiration date based on the store's bonus point setting.
