Tiers are a loyalty system that filters customers based on their total order amount and rewards them with more points and free shipping. Please refer to the following link for detailed information.
Rank up rewards
In easyPoints, you can reward customers when they achieved a higher tier upon tier rollovers.
This reward is only triggered by the monthly rollover by easyPoints, and not by manual updates.
Set up
Points
you can set how many points to reward, from either a fixed amount for any rank ups, or different amount per tier. The amount is decided by the final tier that customers rank up and will not consider any tier skipping in a single activity window.
Expiration
You can select the expiration type from regular points and bonus points.
