If you need to cancel a guest booking or an entire event, please make sure that you message your guest(s) to inform them of the change and offer an alternative date to reschedule. You will also need to log into your Eatwith account and cancel the event or booking in order for the guest refund to be processed. You can do this by taking the below actions:
Go to your Calendar --> click on the event on the correct date --> click on 'Cancel booking' for the relevant booking, or on 'Cancel the event' if you want to cancel the entire event
Go to your Inbox --> click on the relevant conversation --> on the right, in the Booking Summary section, click on 'Cancel booking'
Your guests will then receive an email informing them of the cancellation, and they should receive their refund within 2 working days (depending on their bank).
