To accept a request:
Log in to your account
Go to inbox
Click on "Accept request". Please note that simply messaging your guest saying that you accept does not technically accept your booking request! You need to click on "Accept".
Send a short message to your guests to say hi! :)
The guest will receive an email with all your contact details once you’ve accepted the request. You’ll also receive a confirmation by email.
Please remember to click the button to accept the booking to ensure the payment transfers correctly.
If you do not see the button to accept the booking, it means that the guest has sent you an information request and not a booking request.
