To contact a guest:
Log in to your account
Go to your inbox and look for your guest
Enter your message
Click Send Message
Your guests will be notified by email regarding the message.
Remember that communicating with your guests before finalizing the booking should be done only through the website, and that sharing contact information is not allowed.
