Step 1 - Open the Upload Modal

From your main dashboard, click the Upload button. You can also use the keyboard shortcut ⌘+K (on Mac) or Ctrl+K (on Windows).

Step 2 - Paste Your Playlist Link

In the upload modal that appears, paste the URL of any public YouTube playlist into the link input field. The system will automatically detect the playlist and begin fetching its contents.

Step 3 - Review and Select Your Videos

After processing the link, you’ll be taken to the playlist import view. Here, you can see all the videos from the playlist, neatly organized into three sections:

  • Available to Import: Public videos from the playlist that you haven't added yet. These are selected by default.

  • Unavailable: Any videos in the playlist that are private or have been deleted. These cannot be imported.

  • Already in Queue: Videos you have already added to your upload list in this session.

You can use the checkboxes next to each video to refine your selection. You can also use the Select All or Deselect All buttons to manage the list quickly.

Step 4 - Add Videos to Your Queue

Once you are happy with your selection, click the Add X Videos button at the bottom of the modal.

Step 5 - Start the Upload

You will be returned to the main upload view, where the videos you just selected from the playlist will now appear in the queue. You can add more videos or simply click the Upload X Videos button to begin processing.

What's next?

That's it! The videos from the playlist will now be uploaded and captioned by Echo Labs. You can monitor their status on your main dashboard, just like any other video.
