The Edenred+ portal now provides enhanced visibility into each step of your employees’ onboarding journey. This helps you track progress more easily and understand what actions, if any, are needed.
Below is a breakdown of the statuses you can find in the Employees tab.
1. Expanded Employee Onboarding Statuses
Previously, only three statuses were available: Draft, Pending, and Onboarded.
To give you more transparency, the former Pending status has now been replaced with more detailed statuses:
New statuses:
Delivery Pending: The order has been completed, but payment and submission are still being processed.
Benefit Sent: The benefit (e.g., card or digital) has been sent to the employee. The next action is required from the employee to complete onboarding.
2. Onboarding Status per Benefit
If an employee has multiple benefits, you can now view the status for each benefit separately. To see this level of detail:
Open the Employees tab
Select a specific employee
Review the onboarding status for each individual benefit you have assigned
Take in mind that the status highlighted in the employee list, refers to the status of the benefit the most advanced.
3. Status Descriptions Available in the Portal
Within the portal, if you hover your mouse over the description, a tooltip will appear with a built‑in explanation of each status, including:
What the status means
What actions (if any) are required by you or the employee
This makes it easier to understand next steps without needing to contact support.
