No, students cannot schedule lessons. The school administrator is responsible for adding lessons to the student's schedule.
Can a student assign pin the unit in their virtual classroom?
A student can pin the unit in a virtual classroom in two cases:
If they have already completed the unit with a teacher and the teacher has not closed access to it.
If the teacher has opened certain unit for self-study by the student.
Where can I find a student's learning history?
In the virtual classroom, when you click the "Change unit" button, you can see all the units completed with the student.
Can a student be prevented from canceling a lesson?
No, preventing a student from canceling a lesson is impossible.
How can I receive feedback from a student?
You need to set up NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys for students at regular intervals (after each lesson or every two lessons). NPS is a satisfaction index indicating the student's satisfaction with the teacher during the learning process.
Is there an NPS for group classes?
Currently, NPS surveys are only available for individual classes.
Can NPS surveys be selectively sent to different students?
The system does not have a random NPS survey feature for students.
How can an administrator add their lessons?
Only teachers can teach at a school. You need to add yourself as a teacher and then add lessons to your schedule as a teacher. Alternatively, you can log in to the teacher's account and add lessons on behalf of the teacher.

This information is displayed in the student's profile under "Details." The student indicates the reason for the cancellation in a comment, which is also displayed in the individual class.

When adding a new student, select the language they are studying in their profile. Then click on the scheduling button and choose the desired lesson time. The system will provide a list of available teachers for that time slot.
Who has access to the materials purchased by the school?
When purchasing materials, you specify the teacher who will have access to them. In addition to the teacher, the materials will be accessible to all their students. This means that access is granted to one teacher and their students.
What happens if a teacher leaves the school?
If a teacher has no scheduled lessons or students, you can go to their profile and click on the "Delete" button. However, if the teacher has students, you should go to each student's profile and assign them another teacher.
Will the removed teacher retain access to the school's materials? What about their materials?
The removed teacher will lose access to the school's materials, including those purchased from the platform's catalog. However, they will retain access to their materials.

Yes, it is possible. The school should have a main administrator who will add employees in different roles and oversee the training process. Employees to conduct the training should be added as teachers, and those being trained as students. Some employees can be added as managing administrators.

Teachers can communicate with students in virtual classrooms (individual or group) using the platform's built-in video conferencing and chat features. There is no general chat for all users in the school, so it is recommended to use external messaging apps.
Can a support chat widget be installed?
Yes, this feature is available for schools that have subscribed to the Full White Label (FWL) service.
How can I mark student attendance in lessons?
Teachers can mark attendance in group classes, and if necessary, school administrators can also do so. In the schedule, select the relevant lesson and click on the Class attendance button.
Then, for each student, indicate their attendance status for the lesson.
How can I share materials with other teachers?
Teachers and school administrators cannot share school materials with other teachers.
