Edvibe LMS (Learning Management System) is designed to provide effective teaching and management tools of online schools. Although the lesson builder is designed mostly for language learning, there are enough templates available to teach any subject. You can learn more about exercise templates here.
Classes can be conducted face to face in real time (Live Classes profile) or asynchronously (Online Courses profile). Sharing the screen is not necessary for teacher-led sessions. Students can interact with the platform independently in an interactive format.
An important advantage of Edvibe is its extensive database of ready-made interactive course-books for language learning. There's no need to spend time transferring textbooks into an online format.
Take a look at the functionality that will make it easier for you to manage your school, and online learning much more comfortable for your teachers and students.

Key steps for school administrators to get started
1. Set up your school account.
Register your school account.
On the login page, enter the password you received by email.
Check the Basic School Information
1) Your country
2) Local time. Specified Time Zone will be used fro the school's schedule.
Select the products that your school needs:
Online Lessons - an interactive face-to-face format for conducting teacher-led classes, both individually and in groups. Teachers and student have their own personal accounts and online classrooms. The actions of the teacher and the student in classrooms are synced in real time.
Online courses - an asynchronous learning format where students complete tasks independently. The completed lessons can be reviewed automatically by the system or course curator can review the completed lessons manually.
Go to the school settings and select the languages you will be teaching. You will be able to create classes for the languages you specify in this list and assign these languages to the school's teachers.
Provide the school's contact information for students.
Set up the school's operating hours.
Read more about school settings in this article.
2. Add teachers to the school.
Go to the "Users" - "Teachers" tab and click on the "Add a new teacher" button.
Provide the teacher's details: email, native language, language taught, working hours in the schedule.
3. Add a student and create an individual or group class.
Go to the "Users" - "Students" section and click on the button to add a new student. When filling out the new student's profile, enter their details, native language (the automatic translator will display results in that language), the language they are studying, time zone, and lesson frequency (if necessary).
After that, you can assign a teacher to the student according to the teacher's schedule. To assign a teacher, you need to create an individual class for the student or add them to a group.
4. Add a learning material in the virtual classroom
Both the school administrator and the assigned teacher can add materials in the classroom. If you are the school administrator, go to the student's profile, select the tab for the relevant class, and click on "Enter Classroom." To enter the virtual classroom of a group, go to the group's profile and click on "Enter Classroom." After entering the classroom, click on "Add materials" and choose the desired lesson from the Edvibe catalog or school's/teacher's personal materials. Then pin it in the classroom.
5. Schedule a lesson
Both an administrator and a teacher can schedule a lesson. To add a lesson to a teacher's schedule, go to the student's profile, click on an available slot in the schedule, select the lesson duration, and click "Add a Lesson."
6.Conduct a lesson
Only teachers can conduct lessons on the platform. To conduct a lesson, log in to the school teacher's account, go to the "Schedule" tab, click on the relevant lesson in the schedule, and click "To Class" in the pop-up window.
The students should also enter the virtual classroom from their accounts. When the teacher and the students are in the same virtual classroom, their actions will synchronize.
