We are introducing a number of new features to make it easier than ever to invite and connect drivers, and to make sure their profile is up to date so they get reimbursed correctly.

You have access to the following new features:

Do you need to add a lot of drivers in one go? You can now upload a list of all the drivers you want to add to EEVEE Business! Make sure the (.csv) file only contains email addresses and with a push of a button all invites are sent. 🚀

If you only need to add a small amount of new users, you can still invite them one by one.

👉 Go to the Fleet overview and click the Invite driver-button to give it a try.

The new invites tab gives you an overview of all the pending invites so you exactly know who (should have) received the invite, accepted or declined the invite, has an account created, ...

👉 Go to the Fleet overview and click the Invite tab to see the status of your current invites.

The EEVEE-app of the driver now contains a checklist of actions that need to be done in order to get linked to your fleet and to get reimbursed correctly.

Automatic reminders via email will be sent by our system to make sure the drivers are notified in case they have not completed all of the steps yet.

The EEVEE-app will alert drivers via the new Reimbursements-card in the app with concrete actions to take, and reassure them when everything is all right.

All of these features are added to make sure you can invite drivers easier than ever, drivers are guided to connect their car and to complete their profile via reminders and to do's via email and the EEVEE app.
