The error message “Your vehicle cannot share data with us” indicates that data sharing is turned off. To resolve this you need to adjust your in-vehicle privacy settings.
Steps to enable data sharing
Turn on the vehicle and go to the central Infotainment screen.
Navigate to MENU > Users > Settings (or Privacy Settings and Services depending on your software version).
Select Privacy or Privacy settings.
Choose an online sharing mode. For EEVEE you need to enable "Online mode with location data".
