Sometimes a vehicle remains in a pending state when you try to connect it to the EEVEE Mobility app. This usually happens because the car manufacturer has not yet approved or confirmed the connection.
Brands where pending state is common
You may experience activation delays with the following brands:
Tesla
Mercedes
Ford / Mustang
Renault
Peugeot
Citroën
Opel
What you can do
The approval process usually completes automatically, but you must ensure all required steps are done correctly.

If the car has been in a pending state for more than 5 days ánd you have completed all required steps (incl. driving/charging the car), please contact us. We will investigate the issue together with the car manufacturer.
