Why is my vehicle in a 'pending' state?

Learn all about the activation process and delays in data

Updated over a week ago

Sometimes a vehicle remains in a pending state when you try to connect it to the EEVEE Mobility platform. This usually happens because the car manufacturer has not yet approved or confirmed the connection.

For which brands does this happen?

You may experience activation delays with the following brands:

  • Tesla

  • Mercedes

  • Ford / Mustang

  • Renault

  • Peugeot

  • Citroën

  • Opel

What you can do?

The approval process usually completes automatically, but you must ensure all required steps are done correctly.

👉 Please follow the brand-specific guides here.

  • Polestar: enter the vehicle pairing code

  • Tesla: add the virtual key

  • Peugeot – drive or charge the car after setup

If the car has been in a pending state for more than 5 days ánd you have completed all required steps (incl. driving/charging the car), please contact us. We will investigate the issue together with the car manufacturer.
